About

Great companies are built one hire at a time. I help make each one count.

My career has been about one thing: helping exceptional companies hire exceptional people, quickly and without the agency markup.

I ran talent acquisition at Venmo and Braintree, where I learned what hiring at hyper-growth speed really takes. In 2020 I founded Mavericks Recruiting on Demand to give every company access to that same caliber of team. Today our recruiters, sourcers and coordinators work inside companies like Anthropic, Replit, Vercel, Applied Intuition, Ashby, Signal, Chime and Plaid, in their systems and under their brand.

Before recruiting, I competed as a Division I athlete at Siena College. I still run things the same way: prepare relentlessly, compete every day, and treat the people beside you as teammates.

I serve on the board of the Boys & Girls Clubs of San Dieguito and live in San Diego with my family.
